GR 11 - Etapa 11: Parzán - Refugio de Viadós
Parzán - Collado de Urdiceto - Refugio de Viadós
Starting from Parzán, the trail climbs the France (N) road and then takes a right on the Urdiceto trail. Crossing the river Barrosa over the Pocilcas bridge, climb the Ordiso ravine along the right bank to the Central Eéctrica de Urdiceto (Urdiceto Power Station).
From this point, it will be necessary to take a path back to the trail, and, when it starts to head uphill at the first curve, turn right along a path that leads to the Collata de Gistaín. Descend along the left bank of the Sallena ravine and continue to the top of a hill. Follow the hill to a small grassy plain, where the path turns sharply towards the N and leads to another meadow where a small cabin is visible. The trail descends along the right bank of the Montarruego, crosses the river and continues on the other bank.
After passing through a forest and reaching the Salus Praus cabin, the route follows a path that will runs along a riverbed to a wider path. Later, the path crosses the Basa ravine, continues to the Collado Las Collás and begins to descend along the valley floor. After passing a forest hut, a footpath is reached at the Bordes de Lisier. Continue on this footpath toward the left until reaching another footpath that climbs the Cinqueta.
Climb the path towards the N to the Es Plans camping area, cross the Cinqueta de la Pez and take a path to the left at the hut. Skirt the camping area to finally reach the Refugio de Viadós.
